5ELO system    
Motto:    
In the Blitz Chess exist also 4th dimension - time …    
Idea: Test your ELO in Blitz game, is ???    
We played blitz games, at the beginning was simple question: "which is my power in Blitz Chess ?"    
Introduction: Why 5ELO ? Answer: Because as a base for one point was taked blitz game 5minutes/game.    
Princip:    
5minutes/5minutes=one point for winner, 1point is played for 10 5ELOpoints.    
So for each 1 point over (less) Your Norm You get plus (minus) 10 5ELOpoints to Your 5ELO.    
Your Norm is 50% against player with the same 5ELO, and is 10% up (or down) for each 85 5ELOpoints which has Opponent more (less).    
Resume: 5ELO system properties:    
This system is principially equivalent with standart ELO, but is optimizied for Blitz games,    
this means it's changing slowly per game (1 point <=> 10 5ELO) and what is most importnant - not include inflation,    
so sum of 5ELO of players during changes is constant, and could be increased only exceptionally by system administrator    
(For example for young players could be added 5ELO points to system,    
if their current 5ELO is radically diffrent from 5ELO with which they was enter into 5ELO system.    
For such player is necessary "reentering" their 5ELO)    
New player enter into 5ELO system in the simmilar way as into standart ELO system :    
his "entering" 5ELO is computed from his performance in his 10-50 games againts diffrent players which allready are registered in system.    
If You play against opponents with average 5ELO is 425 or more points down, you must play with handicap time, or don't play such tournament !

  it's only question of distributed computing,storing and gathering datas + authorization - of course !  
     
     
  In the little system everything is simple, in the big system everything is complicated,  
  But is hope that in purely builded system - everything is possible as new useful properties …
